Hearts (RSE)

When verifying an event, it will consume hearts. This is to ensure that the verifier has a certain risk cost. If the verifier verifies the event correctly, he will receive a reward to compensate for the consumption of hearts.

Buying hearts can only be done using UPT, and the current price is 1 Heart = 2 UPT. As protocol governance develops, prices may also be adjusted.

Different types of operations (such as verifying events and submitting new events) correspond to different amounts of heart consumption.
